Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) could not reach any definite decision on party's participation in election for 52 senate seats, PTI Central Secretary Information Shireen Mazari said on Monday. After attending meeting of the core committee of PTI, Dr Mazari informed the media persons that her party will not return to parliament until judicial commission would complete its probe into rigging in general elections 2013.
"We will announce PTI action plan after constitution of judicial commission and are not returning to the parliament", she added. She further said that a meeting between Finance Minister Ishaq Dar and Secretary General PTI Jehangir Tareen is expected to carry forwards the dialogue process between two political parties.
She further announced that PTI would stage the protest against shortage of petroleum in the country, adding that the shortage of oil would further worsen the condition of the poor. "We will stage a protest to pressurise government to resolve issue immediately", she said.
She said that her party would give a call for the protest which would not be a shutter down call as the government itself closed the businesses through shortage of petrol. She said Pakistan is passing through a critical phase, as military operation is going on against militancy and terrorism.
