Petrol pumps' managers held for overcharging

District administration Peshawar on Thursday arrested the managers of 12 filling stations for overcharging in official petrol price. According to details, Deputy Commissioner (DC) Peshawar, Syed Zaheer-ul-Islam have received a tip-off overcharging in selling of petrol by some pumps in the city, on which he directed Assistant Commissioner (AC), Mumtaz Ahmad for taking immediate action.
The Assistant Commissioner conducted raids in different filling stations on Ring Road, Kohat Road, Saifan Chowk, Bazikhel, Badhber and Qari Qamardin and arrested the managers of 12 petrol pumps on overcharging in the price of petrol.
