"The Islamic Financial system can strengthen our economic base and then our dreams of social development can be fulfil." Muzaffar Said, Minister for Finance Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, said this while addressing a gathering in Quetta on Friday afternoon after inaugurating The Bank of Khyber (BoK) Raast Islamic Banking Branch at Sirki Road Quetta.
He mentioned: "Islam is a complete code of life and due to our short coming we are facing problems in our daily life, if we all seriously act upon Islamic teachings in each field of daily life our lot of problems can be solved automatically." He mentioned, "this is in our best interest that we should adopt the Islamic Financial & Banking system as this will feel us very comfortable in our financial matters alternatively we will get the fruits of prosperity."
Muzaffar Said mentioned the BoK was playing its vital in socio-economic developmental activities in KP specially and rest in the country providing financial assistance to the business & trading community for the betterment of the economic sector.
