All major Tax Bar Associations of the country are holding Full Court References paying rich tribute to the chairman Appellate Tribunal Inland Revenue (ATIR) on his retirement. Karachi Tax Bar Association in collaboration with Pakistan Tax Bar Association also held a Full Court Reference on January 21, 2015 and paid homage to the chairman and highlighted the various aspects of his virtues and personal life as well.
The Full Court Reference was also attended by the senior cadre of FBR posted in Karachi. A large number of advocates, chartered accountants and tax practitioners also attended the Full Court Reference wherein they all wished a bright and prosperous future for the retiring chairman. In his concluding remarks, chairman Jawaid Masood Tahir Bhatti thanked all the participants and hoped that with the passage of time relations between the Bench and the Bar would be strengthened and every effort would be made to ensure the sanctity of judiciary and implementation of rule of law in this country.-PR
