Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) MNA Nabil Gabol on Tuesday said that he had differences with the party which had now been resolved. Gabol said he had sent his resignation as MNA to the MQM Rabitta Committee some time ago but had not left the party. Earlier, it was reported that MQM Rabita Committee did not accept Gabol's resignation. According to sources, Gabol had difference with MQM leadership over being marked absent at party meetings without being called to them.
Gabol left Pakistan People's Party to join MQM on March 13, 2013. In 2013 general elections, Gabol was elected as an MNA from NA-246 (Karachi) on the MQM's ticket.
