Faisalabad has won the crown of Second Lyallpur National Tchoukball Championship for Women held at Sports Complex, University of Agriculture, Faisalabad. Faisalabad defeated Dera Ghazi Khan's team by 22-21. Whereas, Lahore stood third by winning against Hyderabad with 24-16 points. UAF Vice Chancellor Professor Dr Iqrar Ahmad flanked by renowned anchorperson Sohail Warraich, MPs Dr Najma Afzal Khan and Suraiya Nasim was the chief guest on the concluding ceremony. A cash prize of Rs 100,000 was given to the winning champion, whereas Rs 50,000 to runner up and Rs 30,000 to third position holder team disbursed.
