The Royal Palm Blues emerged as champion in the Team Championship Golf played here at the Royal Palm Golf Course. The golfers of Royal Palm Blues performed well and defeated the Royal Palm Reds with a team score of 12 points earned through outright victories in five team contests while two matches were drawn.
Simultaneously, the individual competitions also took place and out of the total 16 points at stake, the members of Blue Team won 10 points as against 6 points won by Reds. Thus the Blue Team aggregated a total of 22 points as against 10 points aggregated by Reds. For the Royal Palm Blue Team the pairs that displayed champion like golf were M. Rehman and Col(r)Jameel Khalid, Omair Butt and Faisal Iqbal, Asad Hameed and Abdul Basit, Faisal Bajwa and Faisal Hassan and Imran Mairaj and Asadullah Khan.
