The Foreign Office on Thursday refuted media reports that Pakistan and Afghanistan are carrying out joint operations against militants in the border areas. Foreign Office spokesperson Tasnim Aslam, while responding to a question about some media reports. "The [Interior] Minister had [in fact] referred to the enhanced co-operation and co-ordination between the two countries in the common fight against terrorism," the spokesperson added.
