Arranging tourism activities: KP to provide opportunity to youth welfare bodies
The KP government has decided to provide opportunity to youth welfare organisations in arranging tourism activities particularly for schools students of the province. In this regard, four activities including Winter Expedition to Shogran, Makra Peak, Siri-Payee and Balakot, Skiing at Malam Jabba, White Palace, Swat, visit to archaeological site at Takhtbhai, trip to Bahrain, Kalam Valley and trekking to Kandool Lak.
A trip to PC Hotel, Muzaffarabad, Neelam Valley, Keran, Kel, Autmuqam, Dowariyan, Arang Kel, Sharda, Halmat and Toabat is also part of the initiatives of the Tourism Corporation Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (TCKP) for the current financial year. Zahoor Ahmad Durrani, Consultant Youth Tourism Development Programme of the TCKP said that as per directives of the government these activities will be carried out by registered youth organisations qualifying for conducting such activities.
