Additional Sessions Judge Wajid Ali has issued a bailable arrest warrant for former military ruler General Pervez Musharraf in the Ghazi Adbul Rasheed murder case on Tuesday. The court of Additional Sessions Judge ordered General (retired) Pervez Musharraf to appear personally in the court on April 02 in the hearing of Abdul Rashid Ghazi murder case. The court also issued a bailable arrest warrant for Musharraf and ordered release only on submission of surety bond worth Rs 100,000.
Any requests for Musharraf's exemption from appearance in the court have also been rejected.
