Chief of Army Staff (CoAS), General Raheel Sharif visited the Pakistan Military Academy (PMA) Kakul on Tuesday to inspect the training procedure of the cadets. According to a press release issued by Director General Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) Major General Asim Saleem Bajwa, the Army Chief appreciated the leadership skills of the officers during the ongoing operations.
In his address with the Pakistan Army cadets, General Raheel Sharif urged them to polish their professional skills in order to meet requirements of the present time. The Army Chief said that young officers should inculcate sense of determination, courage and competence in themselves. He advised the future officials to get trained up to the optimum level. General Raheel Sharif expressed his commitment to eradicate terrorism by leading from the front and to garner co-operation from the nation to build ever lasting peace.
The CoAS said that the officials should fully play their role not only in combat, but in strengthening peace as well. On this occasion, General Sharif also expressed his determination to ensure peace and security of state together with the co-operation of the entire nation.
