Action against miscreants to help restore peace in Karachi: Nawaz tells PML-F leaders

Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif Friday said PML-N wanted to take all political parties on board on all matters of national importance. He said this while talking to PML-F leaders including Pir Syed Sibghat Ullah Shah Rashidi and Pir Syed Sadruddin Shah Rashidi, Minister for Overseas Pakistanis who met him on Friday.
Chief Minister Punjab Shahbaz Sharif was also present during the meeting. Various matters of mutual interest including recent Senate elections were discussed during the meeting, sources said, adding: "Administrative measures, taken by the federal government in Sindh province and overall political situation in the country also came under discussion." The PML-F leaders informed the Prime Minister that action against miscreants and criminals in Karachi would go a long way in restoring peace in the metropolitan city, a statement from the PM House said.
