Qaumi Watan Party (QWP) chief Aftab Sherpao has said that the situation of Karachi is being politicised whereas action should be taken against those who are involved in extortion, kidnapping for ransom and target killings. Talking to media persons here on Sunday, he said that peace could never be restored in Karachi if the ongoing operation is not stopped being politicised.
He said that Pakhtuns' blood included in the success of Karachi, therefore, they should be allowed to live peacefully.
Aftab Sherpao said the Karachi operation should be conducted indiscriminately but if the working individuals of Pakhtuns are bullied unnecessarily then the Pakhtun nation will not remain silent.
He said that it was unfair on the government's part for not accepting tribesmen whereas it is necessary to focus on the difficulties faced by the Pakhtun nation.
