National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Karachi arranged a get together of a panel of eminent female scholars on the topic "Role of Women (Future Mothers) in Anti Corruption Awareness Campaign" on March 26, in NAB Karachi office premises.
The panel of eminent female scholars who attended were Mehtab Akbar Rashdi, Activist / Educationist, Dr Fouzia, Psychologist, Dr Seemeen Jamali, Director JPMC, Dr Saira Bano, Chairperson Chamber of Commerce (Ladies Wing) and Zeba Bakhtiar, Actress / Activist.
DG NAB Karachi addressed a session of Awareness and Prevention panel of women scholars. NAB was represented by Ghulam Farooq, Qudsia Kadri, Shahnaz Naeem, Rabia Abdul Rehman and Seema Morejo.
The panel of eminent female scholars share their valuable ideas and thoughts in implementation of above goals effectively through NAB forum.
The agenda points for meeting were:
a. To get feedback from eminent woman in Pakistan's society, those who have played in a leading role in their area of expertise.
b. To address the menace of corruption which has spread like a plague in society.
c. Role of women in guiding, training and inculcating basic moral and ethical values against corruption in the children and the future generations of Pakistan.
d. How codes of ethics can be applied by NAB in disseminating information to various students of Universities colleges and Schools to create awareness.
e. How can we bring about the change in the mindset of tomorrow's youth when they are faced with situations where temptations and greed are rampant and have become part of our society.-PR
