An Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) on Friday issued bailable arrest warrant for former president General Pervez Musharraf (retd) in the Lal Masjid case. The ATC on Friday issued arrest warrant for Musharraf in the murder case of Ghazi Abdul Rasheed of Lal Masjid for not appearing before the court.
The next hearing will take place on April 02. The counsel for former president had previously questioned the jurisdiction of the court as a case regarding Lal Masjid is already pending in Supreme Court.
