The Lahore High Court on Friday called the investigation superintendent of police to appear in the court on March 30 following a petition demanding the presence of 10 suspects, being detained for their involvement in lynching two men outside Yuhannabad, since the Nishtar Town station house officer said the men were never in police custody. M.A Joseph, who with others had filed the petitions, claimed that the police had taken their family members in custody without evidence and denied access to them.
