Call not to hand over government-run schools to NGOs

Save Education Movement has demanded that the handing over the government-run schools to NGOs should be stopped immediately to save education for poor in the province. Leader of the movement, Muhammad Naeem Noorani and Younas Qureshi, while addressing a press conference at Hyderabad Press Club said that it was a conspiracy against education for poor students because recently four schools were handed over to NGOs despite the performance was better than others and there were more enrollments as compared to other schools.
They said that after taking over the schools, NGOs would demolish building of schools and would erect plazas and other buildings there.
