Muhammad Yahya Polani, leader of Businessman Panel on Monday congratulated the newly-elected members of Travel Agents Association of Pakistan (TAAP). In a statement issued here, he said that success of Businessman Panel in the election was an answer to all, who leveled the allegation of hijacking the TAAP on the panel.
He said TAAP members through their power of votes had rejected the slogan of change raised by the Allied group and showed confidence on businessman panel by electing its nominated candidates on 21 seats out of 24 seats.
It is to be mentioned that TAAP elections were held on 24 seats at North and South zones. In Karachi former justice Nadeem Azhar Siddiqui supervised the elections while Shahab Ahmed Advocate and Yousuf Molvi advocate administrated the elections in Lahore and Islamabad, respectively.
Nadeem Sharif Haji Mushtaq Ahmad, Khalil Ahmad, Muntazir Hussain, Tahir Hussain, Khowab Chan Aochni, Muhammad Hanif, Tafseerul Islam were elected on corporate seats at South zone.-PR
