The Lahore High Court on Wednesday overturned an order on a six-year-old, which issued by a sessions judge about the registration of a crop-theft case against over 10 activists from the Anjuman-i-Mazaarian Okara. Petitioner Abdul Razzaq, the organisation leader, through his Counsel Rabbiya Bajwa, argued that the judge had issued the impugned order beyond the facts. She claimed that the complainant of the case had misled the court and obtained the order for the registration only to deprive poor farmers of their rights.
