Qaumi Watan Party (QWP) chief Aftab Ahmed Khan Sherpao on Wednesday has said that Pakistan's involvement in Yemen conflict will not be a good decision. Talking to media outside Quetta Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) Wednesday after he appeared for a hearing, Sherpao said that he has urged Turkey and Iran to resolve the issue with diplomacy.
He said that the international community must play its part to resolve the Yemen conflict and restore peace in the region. Sherpao said that Pakistan should not send its troops in Yemen.
If soldiers are deployed for medical and peace purposes then it's fine, he added. He said that all the Muslim countries stand by Saudi Arabia for its protection.
While commenting on Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf's (PTI) return to the Parliament, he said that PTI chairman is sitting in the same Parliament which he used to call fake.
