Principal PGMI and Amir-ud-Din Medical College, Professor Anjum Habib Vohra has said that Punjab government is taking all out steps for the provision of healthcare facilities to the citizens. He said that Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif besides increasing the number of beds in Lahore General Hospital (LGH), has also accorded approval to 199 new vacancies against which employees of grade 1 to 18 will be recruited and more than six crore rupees will be spent annually on their salaries and other incentives.
He said that positive changes will occur in the performance of LGH through new recruitment.
