A protest rally was taken out from Old Campus of Sindh University to Hyderabad Press Club (HPC) against handing over of government-run schools to NGOs in Sindh. The rally was taken out by teachers of Education department and members of civil society on Monday and attended by large number of participants.
On the occasion while leading the rally, Qazi Amin-u-Din, Hafiz Shahzad Ali and others said that the education system would be collapsed, if the schools will be handed over to NGOs.
They said that government should focus on the uniform system of education in the province.
