Tne Mumbai terror attack case has been transferred from Islamabad High Court to an Anti-Terrorism Court on Wednesday. The prosecutor is ordered to appear before the Trail Court on April 22 to get the statements of witnesses recorded. The statements of 22 witnesses are yet to be documented whereas 25 statements have been recorded already.
Islamabad High Court has ordered Anti-Terrorism Court to conclude the trial of the Mumbai terror attack case within 2 months while ordering the defence lawyer to avoid delaying tactics.
