Elite Estates (Private) Limited has signed an agreement for master planning, infrastructure and landscape designs with Egypt-based Medhat Abouzeid Egyptian Consulting House - MZECH in association with RTKL (UK) part of the ARCADIS group, the leading global natural and built asset design and consultancy firm and Argos Design (Egypt).
The ceremony took place at the Saif Group Head Office in Islamabad which was also attended by senior executives from Gocom Investments (Egypt), the management consultants for the project. Representatives from Kohistan Group, the local project partners, were also present at the occasion.
Elite Estates is a JV between the Saif Group of Companies and Gemini Holdings. Gemini Holdings is backed by one of the world's leading businessmen, Naguib Sawiris, Executive Chairman Orascom Telecom Media and Technology Holding S.A.E in Egypt.
Speaking at the occasion, Anwar Saifullah Khan, CEO of Elite Estates, thanked the visiting team of consultants for being a part of this venture which, he said, will be at the avantegarde of premium real estate development in the country.
The project, besides attracting huge local and foreign investment, will create thousands of job opportunities for the people, he added.-PR
