Sizeable changes were seen on the wholesale grain market on Monday in the process of mixed patterns, dealers said. On the cereals side, Masoor Canada low type was higher by Rs 200 to Rs 9200, best type, however, lost Rs 100 to Rs 9400, Masoor Dal Canada low type was unchanged at Rs 10800 and the good quality was lower by Rs 1,500 to Rs 10900, Urad Burma, picked up Rs 500 to Rs 12500, they said.
On the grams side, Grams 50x50 was up by Rs 25 to Rs 5375 and the grams Dall 50x50 was higher by Rs 350 to Rs 6150, yellow peas Russia gained Rs 100 to Rs 4100, they said. On the rice sector, Irri-6 Sindh low type was up by Rs 25 to Rs 3100 and the good type was higher by Rs 50 to Rs 3200, other type maintained week-end levels, they said. On the seeds front, cottonseeds oilcake cake with bag low type rose by Rs 25 to Rs 1700, while the best type was unchanged at Rs 1750, they said.
