The JS Investments Limited has decided not to acquire the PICIC Asset Management Company Limited, the company said Friday. "JS Investments Limited has dropped the intended transaction of potential acquisition of PICIC Asset Management Company Limited," said a company notice. The company had earlier, on February 10, conveyed to the KSE that its Board of Directors had decided to explore the possibility of potential acquisition of PICIC shares.
