Khyber Pakhtunkhwa police rounded up 386 suspects and recovered huge cache of arms and ammunitions in the ongoing search and strike operation conducted under national action plan (NAP) throughout the province. During the operation conducted in different parts of the province, the police recovered 30 arms and ammunition of different kind and 524 rounds of different bore and 500g explosive material.
Similarly, 637 houses and 246 hotels were checked and 02 cases were registered against the violators while 281 suspects were held and recovered 16 arms of different and 247 cartridges of different bore during the operation. In action against illegal Afghans a total of 123 persons detained on violation and 14 cases were registered against them.
