The flight PK-517 of Pakistan International Airline (PIA) has survived from an untoward incident at Karachi Airport, here on Thursday. According to sources, PIA flight PK-517, which was scheduled from Karachi to Panjgoor, has caught technical faults during take-off from Karachi Airport.
They said that pilot during take-off to Panjgoor took emergency breaks at the runway after sensing technical faults in the plane and escaped the flight from an untoward incident. Sources further said that there was a leakage in the fuel pump of the plane and around 45 passengers were onboard for Panjgoor. When contacted, PIA spokesman Aamir Memon confirmed the said incident, saying that flight was delayed due to technical reasons.
