Khyber Pakhtunkhwa KP police had rounded up 457 suspects and recovered huge arms and ammunition during search and strike operation, conducted under National Action Plan (NAP) throughout the province. During the operation conducted in different parts of the province, the police recovered 27 arms and 339 ammunition of different bore while 645 houses and 287 hotels were checked and 13 cases were registered against the violators.
Similarly, during snap checking on 169 check points, 373 suspects were held and recovered arms of different kind and 416 cartridges of different bore. Furthermore, 37 persons were detained in action against illegal Afghans and on violation and 24 cases were registered against them. Similarly two persons were arrested against misuse of loud speaker, it was seized and two cases were registered against the violators.
Corrected-Similarly, two persons were held for misusing loud-speaker and cases were also registered against them. Security inspections of 792 educational institutions were also carried out and various institutions were advised to further beef up security arrangements.
