Businessmen Group Chairman and former President KCCI, Siraj Kassam Teli, along with BMG Vice-Chairman Anjum Nisar, KCCI President Iftikhar Ahmed Vohra, KCCI Senior Vice-President Muhammad Ibrahim Kasumbi and former KCCI VP Muhammad Idrees visited the Consulate General of Indonesia in Karachi to express condolence on the sad demise of Indonesian Ambassador to Pakistan, Burhan Muhammad.
During a meeting with Hadi Santoso, Consul General of Indonesia in Karachi, the KCCI delegation expressed deep grief and sorrow over the sad demise of the Indonesian envoy. They said that there was absolutely no doubt that Burhan Muhammad was one of best diplomats in Pakistan, who actively played the role of a strong bridge between Pakistan and Indonesia.
Meanwhile, BMG Vice-Chairmen Tahir Khaliq, Zubair Motiwala and Haroon Farooki; KCCI Vice President Agha Shahab Ahmed Khan and KCCI Managing Committee members have also expressed grief over the envoy's death. They said that late Indonesian Ambassador would always remain alive in their hearts and would be remembered for his dedication towards improving friendly and brotherly relations between the two countries.
Expressing solidarity with the government and people of Indonesia over the tragic incident, they said that the people of Pakistan stood with the people of Indonesia in this time of grief.-PR
