Kidnapped student recovered

In an exchange of fire in Sheen Talab area of Chaman on Wednesday, Levies personnel recovered a young student from kidnappers. According to reports, on intelligence information, the Levies raided a house where kidnapped student Inayatullah who was kidnapped for ransom ten days back was being kept. On seeing the law enforcement agency personnel, the kidnappers opened indiscriminate firing but when they were retaliated with even more force, they fled from the scene leaving behind the kidnapped youth.
Assistant Commissioner Chaman Nisar Ahmad told media that raids were being conducted to arrest the kidnappers.
