ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) candidate Muhammad Nawaz Khan has won election from National Assembly constituency NA-12 Battgram by securing 34,270 votes.

According to unofficial results announced by the Election Commission of Pakistan, Muttahida Majlis-e-Amal candidate Muhammad Yousuf stood second by getting 23,881 votes. The third position was grabbed by independent candidate Rasheed Ahmad with 11,791 votes.

Voters turnout was recorded at 35.50%.
