After PTI's win, Ali Zafar reminds Aamir Khan to fulfill his vow of visiting Pakistan

As Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan has bagged the most votes in eletcions and is set to become next prime minister of Pakistan, Pakistani fans have been requesting Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan to visit the country to join in their celebrations.

‘Dangal’ actor made a promise to Imran almost five years ago that he will visit Pakistan once he becomes the prime minister of Pakistan. Aamir's fans in Pakistan have been tweeting and reminding the actor about the promise he made.

One fan even urged actor Ali Zafar has to now 'use his contacts in Bollywood' and give the message to Aamir. On this, Ali tweeted an invite to Aamir to visit Pakistan.

During a media event back in late 2012, Aamir Khan had publicly told Imran that he would visit Pakistan to celebrate his political victory. “When you win the election, I will definitely come [to Pakistan] to celebrate your victory. And I will bring lots of Indians with me,” Aamir said.

Aamir had also praised Imran Khan’s determination to bring prosperity in Pakistan.
