A division bench of the Lahore High Court has called for a police record in a week about the incident of lynching Christian brick-kiln workers in Kot Radha Kishan. The bench is hearing a bail application of kiln owner Malik Yousaf Gujjar. The applicant counsel has said Yousaf is falsely involved in the case and that he has had nothing to do with the lynching. He has claimed he was never there at the time of the lynching.
The prosecution said Sajjad Masih and his wife Shama Bibi, brick kiln workers were brutally killed on November 4, 2014 by a mob of allegedly desecrating the Holy Quran.
