An important meeting has been held between Federal Minister for Ports and Shipping Senator Kamran Michael and Chief of Naval Staff Admiral Zakaullah on Thursday. In the meeting, matters related to security of the country's ports and territorial waters were discussed, said a statement issued by the ministry. Important features of Gwadar Port security came under discussion to make the security impregnable. The ministry and navy have set a bilateral plan to execute for security of Gwadar, Port Qasim and Karachi Port.
Federal Minister Senator Kamran Michael applauded the role of naval forces. The naval chief remarked that Pak Navy would extend her fullest co-operation in the security measures to make it invincible.
