On the directives of Ministry of Water & Power, a Special Federal Complaint Cell has been established at Pesco Head Quarters where a team of senior engineers has been appointed to monitor the electricity provision system and to cope up with any emergency during Ramadan.
The Special Federal Complaint Cell will work round the clock in 3 shifts and will coordinate with field offices in case of power failure and emergency, anywhere in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This Special Federal Complaint Cell will also update the Ministry (Water & Power) about the progress on hourly basis. Chief Executive, Pesco Syed Hassan Fazil directed the team of the senior engineers to perform their duty with zeal and responsibility, so that emergency situation could be tackled quickly.
CEO Pesco issued special directions to all field offices to coordinate with this Special Federal Complaint Cell. Chief Operation Officer, Nadeem Anwar has been appointed as Focal Person of the Cell. Special Federal Complaint Cell comprising of senior engineers will perform shift duties at Pesco Head Quarter Peshawar for quick disposal of public complaints round the clock for smooth power supply during the holy month of Ramadan and for quick redressal of break down, complaints on top priority basis.
