Local traders have welcomed the establishment of Ramazan Sasta bazaar in chowk Yadgar and demanding to set-up same facility in board bazaar to provide essential food on subsidised rates in the holy month. In this regard, the traders of board bazaar held a rally, headed by their president Afsar Khan and others here on Sunday. The traders said it was essential to set-up a Sasta bazaar at board bazaar to overcome with profiteers and hoarders in the bazaar.
They viewed that price-hike is at peak in board bazaar, and asked the authorities to keep check on increasing prices of essential food commodities on daily basis. They further said prices have been manifold increase, was greatly perturbed consumers during the holy month of Ramazan. The traders appreciated the district government for establishment of Ramazan Sasta bazaar in chowk Yadgar Peshawar, and it demanded to also set-up same facility in board bazaar. We are ready to corporate with local government in this regard, the traders said.
