Capital City Police Officer (CCPO) Quetta, Abdul Razzaq Cheema on Thursday said the police recovered a 12-year-old boy from a house in Mastung who was kidnapped on February 12. While addressing a press conference here, he said "following the intelligence information about presence of an abducted doctor Ameer Bakhsh, police teams conducted raid at a house in Mastung where they recovered a 12-year-old boy".
"Zahoor Ahmed son of Muhammad Aslam was kidnapped by armed kidnappers from village Killi Sheikhan of Mastung who confined the boy in a house in Mastung," he said adding that later, the kidnappers demanded ransom of Rs 10 million from the boy's father for release of his son. He added that two accused were also arrested during the raid.
