Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance (PICG) has been inducted as a member of the Global Network of Director Institutes (GNDI), according to announcement made recently. GNDI, an exclusive international network of director institutes from across the globe, currently represents more than 100,000 directors world-wide and works towards the sharing of international expertise in directorship and corporate governance. GNDI also offers a unique programme known as the Global Passport which gives the member access to director resources from across the world.
PICG Spokesperson Najia Ansari, mentioning that it has emerged to be the first institute from the sub-continent to have been granted the prestige of joining the GNDI network.
She said it was an exciting opportunity for current and future members to benefit from sharing experiences with global directors.
PICG members will also learn from international colleagues and stay updated on business and emerging governance trends impacting boardrooms across the world, she said.-PR
