Prices moved both ways on the wholesale grain market on Saturday in the process of moderate trading, dealers said. On the seeds side, rapeseeds from Nawabshah and Mirpurlane low types gained Rs 25 to Rs 2000 and the best quality was up by Rs 50 to Rs 2050, Rapeseeds Dadulane low type was higher by Rs 150 to Rs 1850 and Rs 1900, rapeseeds cake lost Rs 100 to Rs 1150-1175, cottonseeds oilcake with bag Sindh low type was down by Rs 25 to Rs 1325 and the fine quality was unchanged at Rs 1400, they said.
On the cereals sector, Urad Burma was lower by Rs 375 to Rs 12625, other commodities maintained their overnight levels, they said. On the grams side, yellow peas Russia shed Rs 75 to Rs 3935 and yellow peas Dall Russia also fell by Rs 100 to Rs 4400, they said. Prices were unchanged on the rice sector, they said.
