Federal Minister for Railways Khawaja Saad Rafique met Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif, here Sunday. Speaking on the occasion, Shahbaz Sharif said that PML-N government is implementing an effective strategy for overcoming terrorism, poverty and resolving energy crisis. He said that work is being carried out speedily on energy projects.
He said that electricity will be available from several energy projects by the end of 2017. He said that problem of energy shortage will be overcome with the co-operation of China. He said that electricity will be available for industries as a result of completion of energy projects. He said that implementation of national action plan against terrorism is yielding positive results. He said that steps are being taken speedily in the province for the implementation on national action plan.
He said that a solid strategy has been adopted for the promotion of economic, trade and social activities in Punjab.
