A five-member delegation of Government of Punjab led by Rana Maqbool Ahmad, Advisor to the Chief Minister Punjab met the representatives of Chinese companies and investors to discuss ongoing progress on China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) projects in the province and to further strengthen bilateral co-operation, here at the Embassy of Pakistan, Monday.
The Advisor to the Chief Minister of the province said that the government was adopting all possible measures for the protection and safety of Chinese personnel working in the province and shared the details of procedures in this regard. The Chinese companies appreciated the steps taken by the government of Punjab for their stay in the province and assured their continued support and co-operation for enhancing bilateral economic ties.
