K-Electric held inauguration ceremonies of eight new PMT's that were strategically installed in key areas of Gulistan-e-Johar in a bid to manage and equally distribute load on the existing PMT's within the vicinity. Iqbal Muhammad Ali Khan, MNA and Faisal Sabzwari, MPA were present at the inauguration ceremonies along with KE Team.
According to details, the previously installed PMT's were overloaded due to which frequent issues such as tripping, over-heating and breakdowns were faced by the customers on a regular basis within the area. In order to efficiently tackle this persisting issue, strategic invests in the enhancement of the pre-installed PMT's were undertaken that would not only lessen the load on the existing PMT's, rather also equally distribute the load in order to mitigate the frequency of technical faults within the locale.
KE spokesperson at this occasion added, 'the eight newly installed PMT's within the IBC Johar area are examples of strategic planning to improve and advance our networks that in the long run will not only reduce tripping, faults and breakdowns for KE response teams but will offer quality services to our valued customers.-PR
