Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan on Thursday said that he accepted the report of the Judicial Commission regarding the alleged rigging in general elections 2013, saying that he had already announced to accept the findings of the commission whatever these may be. Talking to media in Chitral, Khan said that though he accepted the findings, PTI had not yet been provided a copy of the report. "Nawaz Sharif is lucky to have read the report first," he added.
He said that a copy of the report should have been provided to the PTI, as it was the principal party in the case. Imran Khan said that he had heard that the report had been uploaded on Law Ministry's websites. He said that the PTI would formally respond to the findings of the report after going through the report. He said that not only PTI but 21 other political parties had alleged 2013 elections were rigged. But PTI plead the case of rigging, he added.
