Bluefield European Solar Fund is planning to raise a minimum Of 200 million euros ($222.8 million) through a listing on the London Stock Exchange. The solar energy investment fund, which is looking to acquire solar PV assets across the euro zone, excluding Greece, has secured commitments from money managers such as BlackRock and Newton Investment Management, it said in a statement on Monday. It is targeting a net internal rate of return of 7-9 percent, with a 6 Euro cents annual dividend based on a 1 euro issue price for the first two years.
