The National Highways and Motorway Police, Central Zone (NH&MP) has handed over the child to his parents. The child was found on National Highways. The Motorway Police patrolling Officers Sarfraz and Abdul Jabbar during patrolling near Beat 24 area observed that a seven year-old child Faheem Ahmed s/o Bashir Ahmed r/o Bahawalpur. The officers made announcements in locality and traced out the parents. The child was handed over to parents in the presence of witnesses after completion of due formalities. The legal heirs of the child thanked to NH&MP officers for reunion of their child.
