FCCI business delegation is visiting United Kingdom from August 23 to September 01, 2015. Engr Suhail Bin Rashid, immediate Past President and Chairman International Trade Delegation Committee of the Faisalabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FCCI) will lead this 7-member delegation that is scheduled to visit London, Birmingham, Glasgow and Manchester.
"No doubt, textile will remain hot topic of the delegation", but we have tried to include delegates from other important sectors also including gems & Jewellery, electrical and electronics, machinery parts etc to make it more comprehensive and diversified.
He said that Pakistan High Commission in London is fully co-ordinating with us and will arrange our meetings with the potential importers and exporters of UK.
He said that the delegation will hold negotiations to make this tour productive and beneficial for Pakistan. He said, "We have broken the ice and now more delegations from FCCI will visit UK. He said that UK is one of the major trading partners of Pakistan and we must strengthen our business to business relations in addition to encouraging bilateral relations in the fields of business and trade."
