Minister for Information, Broadcasting and Heritage Pervaiz Rashid on Friday expressed reverence over the mandate people of Karachi have delegated to Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM). At the closing ceremony of regional languages Camp in Islamabad, Pervaiz Rashid said the raids of Rangers in Karachi are against criminals and terrorists; hence no political party or politician should feel insecure.
While talking about Pakistan-India relation, information Minister said that Pakistan is ready to hold dialogue on all contentious issues with India, but would not accept any preconditions. Responding to questions by media, he said India demands Sartaj Aziz should not meet Kashmiri leaders during his visit, which is nothing but an excuse to wriggle out of its commitment to hold talks with Pakistan.
Pakistan High Commission in New Delhi is hosting a reception during visit of Sartaj Aziz and the invitations have been issued to a number of guests including Kashmiri leaders, he said adding India wants to go through the invitation list and approve and clear it, which is not acceptable.
