LONDON: Europe's stock markets clambered higher in opening trade on Tuesday, after a broadly upbeat session in Asia.
In initial deals, London's benchmark FTSE 100 index was rose 0.2 percent to 7,678.16 points compared with Monday's close.
In the eurozone, Frankfurt's DAX 30 added 0.5 percent to 12,656.87 points and the Paris CAC 40 won almost 0.3 percent to 5,490.91.
