Federal Urdu University of Arts, Science and Technology (FUUAST) on the recommendation of Graduate & Research Management Council awarded PhD degree to Assistant Professor Faisal Jawaid on Monday. Dr Faisal Jawaid completed his thesis on "US Economic Interests towards Central Asian States - an analytical study (2001-2012)", under the supervision Dr Mamnoon Ahmed Khan.
Dr Jawaid, who did his masters in International Relations and a gold medallist, in his brief remarks said: "My dream has come true and I will serve the university with more commitment and dedication."
